- One Medium Large Bowl
Dry Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- helps bread to rise

- Pinch of salt
Wet Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
- 3 to 4 ripe banana
- make sure they are soft and mush | they should have brown spots or almost fully brown

- honey, maple syrup, or granulated sugar can be used (1:1 ratio)
- 2 Eggs
- Beat into the mix
Mix-ins:
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup of Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- The measurement is your preference
- I added certified gluten-free oats on top
- For some sweetness they can be added on top only
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit
- Grease your loaf pan
- Grab a medium large bowl and begin mashing the 3-4 bananas until smooth with masher or fork
- Add and mix in the same bowl the rest of the wet ingredients
- Mix in the dry ingredients
- Add or sprinkle on top your chocolate chips
- Add your batter into the loaf pan
- Leave in the oven and allow to bake for 50 mins to 1 hour
- If your convection option is turned on cook for about 40 to 45 mins.
- To be honest it is your preference | if you like it mushy then check the firmness
11. Then enjoy!!
It can be stored in an airtight container either in the fridge or left out.
